@jd @pzmyers I haven't taken Adams seriously for a while, and that was before I even knew his politics. He's only significant because he popularized the office-comic genre. I think the main reason Dilbert succeeded was because people identified with the themeβAdams's art skills are shit and he isn't all that funny.
I was about to compare him to Jim Davis, in that they both parlayed mediocre work into disproportionate success, but Davis actually *has* artistic talent.
