@jd It's mind blowing. Why hasn't the state or the fed stepped in on behalf of the people of Flint?

@MikeGastin I am not sure which is more disgusting? the Republicans that helped to make it happen or the Democratic politicians that no longer care because it is no longer useful for them in an election?

@jd I can't believe that Obama for all his cred as a progressive did not help the people. I mean, this was a no brainer, but he just let them hang. And for what? And, where's the class action lawsuit on behalf of the people? I just don't get it.

@MikeGastin who the hell knows – just for purely political reasons he should have sent in the troops and fixed everything – no one could have complained, it is an emergency.

@jd Exactly. I feel like he's just as guilty as the people responsible, if not more. He had the power to deal with it, either directly or through coercion, or through the bully pulpit. Yet, he did nothing. Some hero.

Just watch Trump send in the military to fix it and get all the credit for solving this when Obama could have. If Trump was smart, he would do this.

@jd I agree. I'm not convinced Trump is that smart, but he certainly is an opportunist.
